The Flame Caster emits flames within a small cone.

• Flames disappear when either the Duration has elapsed, or hitting enemies corresponding to the Pierce stat (whichever comes first).
• Force increases flame lifetime (both duration and hits).
• On every hit, the damage of a flame is reduced to 80%.
• Flames have 10% Burn Chance.
• Flames cannot be blocked.
