There are currently 6 Halls.
The first is unlocked by default, and the rest via Quests. Each Hall has a Quest board associated with it.

Mechanics[]
XP Requirements[]

The XP Requirement for each level has a unique formula for each Hall.
Secrets[]

Each Hall (except The Vault) contains a Secret which makes the Lord easier to defeat.
Agony[]

Agony is a mechanic which adds a layer of difficulty to rounds.
Torment[]

Torment is a mechanic which adds a further layer of difficulty to rounds.
Hall Strength[]
On Agony, each Hall has a Hall Strength, which is linearly interpolated between a minimum and maximum value, based on the Stage Progress (between 0 and 1). It gives each Champion additional health based on its Health Multiplier.
When a Champion spawns, its Final Health is calculated with this formula:
