You have to find the Wellkeeper which is locked in a cage. He will ask you for help so now you have to find a key in the same level. Bring the key back to the Wellkeeper and open the cage. From now on, the Wellkeeper can be found in the main scene at the fire where all characters gather before starting an adventure.
